Submit this information when you are ready to place a rug order. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. We will then discuss any applicable complex fees. Submitting this page does not place an order and does not subject you to a fee if order is cancelled. There is a $30 processing fee for cancelled orders that are paid and submitted*.

Depending on size and details, we may work on 3-5 rug orders at one time. If orders are not being taken, there will be pop up messages along with an unavailable response to this request. With your permission we will add you to the "Open Cart Notification" list. If a rug is needed by a specific date, please include it in the special instruction, but there needs to be at least 45 days allotted for processing, or the request will be denied.
