Tufted rugs are made using acrylic yarn. This type is used because of its 'soft to touch' feel and the many vibrant colors offered to make unique pieces. It is, however, not recommended to be used as a floor piece in high traffic areas such in a hallway or near a main entrance. To maintain its softness, occasional vacuuming may be necessary. Spills or stains should be cleaned promptly to avoid settling. Rugs are not machine washable and too much moisture may cause the yarn to slip.

Engraved items are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Handwash only. Clean with soft cloths and mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive materials like scouring pads or sponges that can scratch the surface. Microfiber cloth with a small amount of rubbing alcohol can help remove smudges. Handle items with care and do not drop to prevent accidental damage.

Rugs tend to shrink a few inches after coming off the canvass. All rugs will be measured to be as accurate as possible. Bias tape border may extend the backside a couple of centimeters. 

We have two options for the binding method for tufted rugs. The first is a bias tape binding method. It is sewn to the rug love, not perfection and can be seen from the top of the rug. Twill tape is the second border option that does not show from the top side of the rug and is secured using a hot glue gun.  Please note that all pieces are handmade, and we do not send out products that look rushed. Photos can be found below.

Engraving can remove protective finishes or alter the appearance of materials. We are not responsible for discoloration, oxidation, or other material specific changes. Engraving is a permanent process and there is no guarantee that designs can be removed or altered. If there are any discrepancies with the products, be sure to refer the Cancellation/Return process for assistance.

On the Fonts page, there are a few examples that may be used for text on the products. Upload a screenshot of the font or text requested directly to the website. Links will not be followed. When ready to order, fonts can be included in the “Submit Order” page either by uploading a document or including the name in the special instruction section.

Images must be uploaded on the “Submit Order” page to be added to a design. 

Fonts and images are subject to complex fees which are further outlined in the Complex Fees section. Final design approval must be confirmed before tufting or engraving begins. We are not liable for errors in text or images such as spelling mistakes or incorrect design placement when provided by the customer.

Pricing within the Collections pages are the standard prices for rugs prior to image and/or character, color, or shave fees where applicable. Complex fees are issued to ensure we are compensated fairly for products being made and to ensure the consumer is fully aware of any possible fees for the products requested. Prior to submitting an order, TII requires that the Submit Order form is completed to begin contact with you and ensure that if the requested rug design is subject to any of the below fees, this is made known before tufting begins. If the terms for the initial price in combination with the additional complex fee are not accepted, the order will be denied, and no charges will be made.

CF1: Character/Logo/Flag design color switch. Products with 6 or more colors are subject to additional fees. The first 5 colors are included in the initial price. The next three colors are an additional $20 and after those, each additional 3 colors is an additional $15. 

CF2A: Character/Logo/Flags with fine details. Products with multiple areas of small fine details within an image or fonts are subject to this complexity fee. Fine details may include but are not limited to areas that are not able to be carved using standard tufting shears and may require special tools or more care due to the small area. Examples of fine details for the selected design can be sent if requested. May be multiplied if there are multiple areas that meet the criteria. 

If there are any areas on the design that TII may consider too fine to carve using shears or scissors, they will be addressed once the image is received. In effort to ensure the image stays intact as much as possible, TII will work closely with consumers to ensure satisfaction from both parties by giving as many updates as possible throughout the drawing and tufting process. If after tufting or carving begins and it is found that an area is too small to add or carve certain details, TII will communicate these concerns to offer a solution. 

CF2B: Fonts with fine details: Products including fonts with difficult dimensions that may be small or contain many swatches, small counters, or narrow kerns are subject to this level fee. Examples of fine details for the selected design can be sent if requested. May be multiplied if there are multiple areas that meet the criteria.

If there are any areas on the design that TII may consider too fine to carve using shears or scissors, they will be addressed once the text/font is received. In effort to ensure the text/font stays intact as much as possible, TII will work closely with consumers to ensure satisfaction from both parties by giving as many updates as possible throughout the drawing and tufting process. If after tufting or carving begins and it is found that an area is too small to add or carve certain details, TII will communicate these concerns to offer a solution. 

CF3: Shave (Rug Carving Options): Once the border is added to the back and the rug is shaved flat, these options determine the final look and feel to the rug. The untouched option will not have a border; colors separated or be carved and qualifies for a 10% off code for use with that order. The uncarved option will only have colors separated. The carved option will have the colors separated and shaved to have a 3D effect.

CF4: Additional Text: Products that contain characters have the option of adding the initial 25 characters.

Once complex fees are discussed and approved, applicable discount codes will be provided. Codes will be applied at check out. Some codes may not be combined with others. 

To ensure 100% satisfaction, TII wants to include the consumer in the entire production process, but in the event after receiving the product, the consumer is still not fully satisfied with the product there are options for a refund.

Tufted Rugs:

Throughout the process, a photo will be sent after drawing the requested image, drawing on the canvas, once tufting is completed and glue is applied, once backing is complete, and when shaving is completed just before shipping.

As we work to change options for refunds directly from the website, refunds will be issued from PayPal to either the phone number or email address used to place the order. No exceptions.

Refunds may be issued based on which step in the production process it is in. Once glue is applied, there are no refunds on the product. Cancellations requested before the requested design is transferred from digital image to canvass qualify for 100% refund, minus a $30 processing fee. Once drawing has started on canvass a 90% refund, minus a $35 processing fee; once tufting begins, an 80% refund, minus a $40 processing fee. 

After receiving the product, if the consumer is still not satisfied, the amount for shipping the product will be refunded. We do ask that if requesting a full refund after completion, photos with a description of any issues and discrepancies are emailed to us at irbbzzcustomz@gmail.com RE: ORDER REFUND – Tufted Item. Be sure to include the order number in the body of the email. Bias tape border issues do not qualify for a full refund.

Engraved items:

Engraved items are considered final sale, and no refunds are allotted. This does not include defective items such as chipping, dented, cracked, broken, or warped items.

Items must be inspected and documented for any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt, or no refund/replacement will be provided.
